The First Meeting – Sales & Estimate

When we first meet with you, we want to hear all about your ideas. Tell us what you’re hoping to do, how you envision the space will look, and what your budget is. We’ll listen carefully and come up with a scope of work that you are comfortable with. Our estimates are free, and we never use high-pressure sales tactics or rush you to sign a contract.

The Design Process

Once you have given the go-ahead, we’ll create a design that incorporates your style choices and must-haves. We use 3D computer imaging software so you can fully envision the space. Along the way, we’ll incorporate your feedback into the evolving design so that it fits your needs. When you approve the final design, it’s time to get to work.

The Work Process

The exact work process will differ based on the project you’ve asked us to undertake. Our owner is a second-generation home remodeler, so he pays close attention to the details and works to make sure your every wish is granted. Our payment schedule is milestone-driven, so you will only pay as progress occurs. It all ends with the final walkthrough. As soon as you’re happy, all that is left to do is for you to enjoy your new space!
